a charming, engaging way to spend your time, this game has so much to do and draws you in with so much force that you can't stop picking it up once you do. such a good cozy game and easy escape to your little farm land. stunning sound track, attractive art style, depth, endless things to do. there is nothing more you can ask from a game to do.

i got this game two days ago impulsively and have not put it down since then. peak gaming, especially w friends. too good, especially if on sale. the people saying there is not a lot of content are lying to you this game is FULL of content. very chill with enough challenge to not make it totally brainless.

terraria so beautifully blends together the perfect (in my eyes) loot and difficulty progression system and unreal amounts of consistently quality content. i have never played anything so enthralling yet mindless and enjoyable in my life. there are very few games (if any) that i have played that rank higher than terraria. i started playing in 2012 and it remains a game that i come back to constantly. and they are STILL UPDATING IT WITH GOOD CONTENT. this game holds a specific spot in my heart that not many games could fill.

while this game is not what it once was, it did introduce me to a new genre of gaming that is such a cornerstone of how i play games now. it did so in a way that i am almost indebted to it. a little over 6 years of playing and i still apply things i learned in this game in other games i play now. shoutout csgo for my mechanical ability with m&k.
