Nope. I recorded it..just wanted to tell you for next time.
A couple of tips...make sure you add resting heart rate. Your parents do NOT have the same target heart rate as you...think about it. 300 is too much for a target heart rate.
Please don't email me and say..."I turned it in." I know you turned it in..but it is not done accurately. Please also don't email me and say "I received a 5"...great. If you received a 5 there is no need to do anything. If you received a 0 and you want to do the assignment you can do it. If not..then you receive a zero. I will not be tracking you down after this week.

Hi, I like running so I will probably try to run outside for a bit this afternoon
Can you come up with a training plan? Maybe train for a race?
long distance running...maybe start marathon training?
I like short distances so I'll do short sprints and then breaks during a certain amount of time
OK...maybe a time goal...400 meters in...?????
Yea I won't go all out but probably 1:10 for 400m
