What a great little game. The novelty of running around as a cat, jumping on things, and knocking cups off ledges never got old. I will say that I found the zurk portions overly stressful, but otherwise there were enough shifting mechanics and light puzzles to keep me moving through the plot.

Hard to say too much about this without spoilers, but I'll say I really enjoyed my time with Inscryption. The card mechanics are simple and still provide really meaty and satisfying decision making, and games that generally ramp up in tension.

The overall plot of Inscryption, I found surprising and interesting. Was disappointed at the ending, which really insists you do a lot of Googling to learn what happens.

This was the most unexpected descent into madness game. So good though. A few levels were fairly controller-throwing levels of frustrating, for the most part the puzzles weren't super challenging. Lots of them are just setups for a joke rather than a puzzle, which I'm totally on board with.

Loved it, 5/5.

I've had a few VR headsets now, and by far this is the game that I come back to the most. It's short, strategic, simple, yet compelling. VR games often fall into this arcadey vibe, but I love that this two-minute drill football simulation is both twitchy and strategic. At higher levels it for sure gets harder, though it doesn't turn completely impossible.

Being able to draw up (or tweak!) plays doesn't sound like a big deal on the back of the box, but man it provides a huge amount of depth and replay value.

Love it, strong recommend.

This is likely the most beautiful game I've ever played. Completely gorgeous from start to finish, it's worth the short playtime just to experience the art. The first thing I did as the credits were rolling was search the internet to see if someone is making art prints of screenshots of this game.

Gameplay-wise it's a puzzle platformer, though light on both of those aspects. It certainly evokes comparisons to Journey, but has way more compelling gameplay. I.e. there actually are mechanics that aren't "push left". While I haven't 100%-ed it, the puzzles are light enough to be fairly obvious, but still didn't feel like I was just wasting my time.

The whole game is super emotional; the plot is abstract, subtle, and wordless. Everything from the art (again, incredible) to the score to the cutscenes, all dripping with emotion.

Highly recommended.

lol, this game. Gameplay-wise, it's a bit more than a walking sim, and a bit less than a point and click adventure game. I don't know if I'd even call the gameplay 'puzzles' - for the most part it's clicking on anything that looks clickable, and eventually there will be somewhere to use it. The difficult bit is just searching all the nooks and crannies for all the objects. There are a couple of more involved puzzles, one specifically is a timed maze that I found a bit irritating, but was a nice diversion at least.

The story is silly, dumb, and a little bizarro, which is exactly what I wanted it to be. If there is some deep meaning hidden in there, I certainly didn't pull it out, and I'm totally good with that. It's light and funny, and even gets a bit warmhearted in a few spots towards the end. It also doesn't overstay its welcome, which I appreciate greatly.

Totally recommended.

This game is interesting; it's more like a visual novel than a game really, but there are technically a few puzzles that you need to work through to progress. The story is disappointingly linear, with the exception of one major plot point at the end of the game. Which, I dunno, I wasn't really stoked about either TBH.

All that said I do still recommend this game - assuming you get it on sale. I really appreciate a game that tells a compelling story, can be finished in under two hours, and has a little sense of humor. I'd love to see more like this.

Man, I have no idea what this game is trying to tell me, and the gameplay is so basic it's kinda dumb, but holy cow is it fun to play anyway. This is the best VR game I own.

It's an escape room game, in VR. I finished in just under an hour. The puzzles are fairly well done - though generally straightforward, there are a couple that caused me to use my brain a little bit. It certainly doesn't feel like a big budget title, but at the same time it doesn't feel like it's on the verge of crashing all the time either.

Thinking of VR games in 2018, it's reasonably priced at $10. Thinking outside VR games, that feels a little steep. Still worth picking up, particularly if you snag a deal.

Unsettling. Very. Very. Unsettling.

10/10, would recommend.
