Really enjoy this software for how it optimises desktop usage, integrates with the Start11 software, and is even compatible with stylus usage.

This iteration of the Stardock Fences utility really feels like an optimised overhaul of its previous iteration. The main aspects of this version mostly consist of polished performance, adjustments for new operating system environments, and overall quality of life tweaks.

The newly revised compatibility with HDR is making for a much cleaner appearance on my display; without any of the previous visual bugs pertaining to text appearance.

As I owned Fences 3, but had made the purchase before the complementary upgrade date range, I was compensated with a 50% discount voucher. This gave me more of an impression of this iteration release being more of a restructured upgrade to deal with the changing Microsoft Windows functionality. The pricing of this program seems fairly reasonable in that regards, especially with the deal that I received..

My only qualm is how the default device activation limit is that of 1 PC; with the DLC to increase this limit being the same price as the base program. I can understanding the pricing, but it's hard not to complain about it.

This is my favourite emulator for all the various Game Boy systems; it's never failed me with its near perfect accuracy and efficient performance. Its RetroArch core integration is essentially flawless and has my vouch for choosing it other the others.

An incredible product that provides an immense amount of customisation and built-in support for various peripherals. The menu navigation was a lot to take in, but once familiarised, you'll be able to find what you want with ease.

A fantastic software that is now one of my 'must haves' for any of my PCs. It's super lightweight and works without issue.

After a small dabble with this program many years ago, I was surprised to see it listed on the Steam store receiving updates; honestly a really cool thing to do as it makes it super accessible across my various devices.

The program comes with a lot of features, which can be fun to mess around with, but the best are definitely the quick-hide and folder portals as they can be used together to ensure a pristine desktop.

A few other reviewers have mentioned some issues they've encountered, but i have avoided all of the qualms by simply customising the software settings to how i want it to operate.

Update 1: It works pretty well when I use Windows' wireless display function to have a multi-monitor setup.

Update 2: I decided to try out dynamic backgrounds with both Wallpaper Engine and Asus Aura, and both programs work perfectly fine alongside Fences without any hassle.

The multiplayer is finally here, and it's pretty good. Plenty of new gadgets to increase the way you can move around and make for a faster pace experience. Give it a gander if you enjoy a classic bit of halo with a modern touch.

I would recommend playing with some mates who you are communicating using external software such as Discord, since the in-game communication is minimum and the squad system is not fully functioning.
