It's certainly no GTA, and the open world is a little bare of more than boilerplate. And even a year after release there are still a lot of bugs, albeit no game-breaking ones I ran into. But it's a decent game, and the core missions (and significant side quests are good). It's a solid RPG, even if lacking in replay value.
