I absolutely love and adore the original Rayman, and grew up playing it on the PS1. I'm 27 now, so it's been a long time since those days, but my love for our limbless hero hasn't waned. The 30th anniversary edition is pretty much what I've always wanted. I've loved the other Rayman games, but nothing has ever topped the original for me.
Now I know a lot of people are upset about the original soundtrack not being an option, and I don't entirely blame them (I miss it too), but the new soundtrack is still really good. Do I hope they add it as a toggleable, of course. But if not that's okay too.
I just hope the upset over the soundtrack doesn't stop Ubisoft from giving us a new Rayman. And please, soundtrack aside, give this version a shot! All the extra's they included make it well worth the $20 price tag.

The only genuine complaint I have is making us have an Ubisoft account and making us log into Ubi Connect, but EA does the same thing with EA Play. So it's tolerable

Lil' Gator Game is one of those games that you can 100% in about a day, but you're not even gonna realize the day's come and gone because you've just been having so much fun. The devs really managed to capture the feeling and magic of being a kid and going on adventures and spending time with friends and family, while just making a really good game about a Lil' Gator. The DLC just came out and I already 100% that in one sitting also. Overall I only have about 7 hours as of writing this, but I haven't felt more satisfied after completing a game in a long time. I'm honestly sad the journey is over for now, but I hope we see more of Lil' Gator in the future.
11/10 - peak cozy and whimsy and just childlike fun for all ages

11/10 game should not be so fun, but it is. And with friends it's even better. Would love to have more than 4 players in a single lobby though.
Best impulse buy ever.

I thankfully haven't been having any performance issues like some have, so I can't comment on those. But I can say that I can't wait for the future of this game! I'm so excited for everything to come to the game, and I'm so happy with everything we already have. If you loved World, do yourself a favor and get Wilds. You'll love it just as much if not more.

My toes got grabbed, friend number 1 got merced by a robot dog, and friend number 2 got free snail skincare. 11/10 would play a million times again.
