Пышные и мягкие оладьи на кефире

Пошаговый рецепт:
1.Как приготовить пышные и мягкие оладьи на завтрак:
Первым делом отдельно взбиваем яйцо. Добавляем сахар и вмешиваем миксером (не обязательно растворять сахар).

2.Добавляем кефир и перемешиваем. Вводим такое количество муки, сколько указано в рецепте. Перемешиваем. Если тесто получилось чуть гуще сметаны и очень медленно стекает с ложки, то больше добавлять муки не нужно. (Если вы добавите сильно много муки, то оладьи хорошо поднимутся и будут очень вкусными. Но, когда они остынут, станут твердыми. В том случае, если добавите муки меньше, чем нужно, оладьи плохо поднимутся.)

3.Вводим негашеную соду и перемешиваем.

4.В разогретое масло чайной ложкой выкладываем тесто и обжариваем на медленном огне с обеих сторон до румяной корочки.

5.Оладьи на кефире готовы. По желанию поливаем их медом, вареньем или сметаной.
