Fantastic game with an amazing OST and incredible visuals. Combat is pretty decent as well, but you can't use a spirit immediately after switching spirit sets which feels a little clunky. This is my only real complaint though. Definitely worth completing

This has been the worst performing game I've played in recent memory even including Cyberpunk 2077. The framerate is consistent, but there are constant audio desyncs and the game completely locks up while transitioning camera angles let alone whole scenes. Completely ruins the experience which is a shame because the game itself looks great.

The story seems okay, but this is definitely way more of a movie than a game. There's not many QTE sections or even timed decisions which leaves very little thrill for what's supposed to be a horror experience

It's not as though Until Dawn and the Dark Picture Anthology are masterpieces, but they have been much better experiences than The Quarry. Very disappointing

Imagine making Battlfield games for over a decade and can STILL launch a game in this broken, terrible, state. Often can't deploy at the start of a game, bullets phase through players, the win condition for the match can not work leading to unending games, and much more.

Not worth you money even on sale.

Avoid at all costs

The RE Engine is still good here, and the new dodge mechanic feels pretty great. However, there seems to be lots cut out from the original leaving a measly 4-6 hour campaign behind with no alternating routes. The only reason to replay the game is for the 2 extra difficulties which switch up enemies and item locations, but that's a shallow reason. I feel as though the need to have Resistance really brought down the quality on what should have been, or they made Resistance as a way to compensate for the lack of content.

Not worth $60
