The new units really flesh out the roster well, with AOE tesla bots and fast hover tanks just to name two. The titans add an extra end-game flare that doesn't include blowing up planets (well, except for the planet-destroying titan :p). My favorite addition of this expansion is the multi-tiered landscape features, which finally adds in interesting choke points and elevated areas. If you liked PA then Titans makes it a lot better.
