This is an absolute masterpiece, really recommend this game for you D&D Lover

Not really a reviewer, but I do owe this game a review. It has been 2 years since this game launched and I think I need to give my perspective. I love D&D, it requires people, place. This doesn't.

Only 2 things are needed:
1. Decent PC
2. Internet

- Story-wise: 4/5. If you play DoS 1 and DoS 2, you kind of grasping the idea of the same story, but not really the same, still the idea of the story kinda similar.

- Gameplay: For you D&D lover and a digital gamer this is 5/5. The new "showing roll" kinda satisfying, give you the thrill of "gatcha" of its randomness. Won't spoil you anything beside this.

- Control: 4/5. Well, larian always made 2 UI, each for console and non-console. I would say, playing on pc gives you better control, while playing on console gives you better experience.

- Graphics: Yeah if I were making this review while this games were out, it was 10/10. After 2 years, it still 10/10. DLSS or FSR, both works and freaking awesome

Give a solid 4.8/ 5 for this game.
This what True GOTY supposed to be, what an amazing job Larian.

Played Hades one in switch for 320 hrs. I dare say the new mechanics bring the game to the next level. If you played the first hades. This sequel is a must have. Absolutely fantastic game!!

Summary Overall after 120+ hrs:
- Gameplay 9/10
- Graphics 8/10
- Story 7/10
- Sound 8/10
- Control 8/10
- In-game purchase 9/10

I certainly advise if you are looking for some repetition gameplay that you can play for a long time, this is the one. It might be the newest and most fresh ARPG we've had so far. I rate it 8.2/10.


Gameplay:
- Building characters with idk maybe unlimited combination of skill and item
- ARPG semi hack and slash inside the map
- Cavern crawling which can be solo and party
- Crafting weapon skill that alight with builds
- Fluently great graphics overall

Pros:
- Easy to play, a go to when you want to kill time
- Story 7/10, quite okay when you really read and follow the story line
- Well design character and skill animation
- A lot of combination for the grind heads
- No pay to win aspect, the monetization comes from cosmetic/ skin
- There is market to trade with real player when you hit a certain level, which the money you get from grinding in game
- There is a lot of content, Arena, Monolith, 3 dungeons(currently)

Cons:
- Works with console, however it is not fully optimized yet(moment I review this game)
- LFG quite hard, had to join the game discord to be able to find players. Not to mention finding someone in your server is not as easy as you think.
- Mastery can not be re-picked after you chose it.
- There is no forced-mechanic to master, nothing to dodge, or a player demanding action/ reflex.

For adventure soul and grind-head, this is the absolute game you could probably ask for

well, since it's free. worth to try :)
