Like i said, movement is huge. Avoiding and jumping over or away from rockets, stickies, and other stuff will improve your game and how predictable you are.
2... You should never be going for pockets, medics and demos are big ticket picks that will enable pushes and pops. If you can get an uber pop on a medic who is still holding yard on badlands and they have a 50% advantage, that will render the uber useless, and then you have the advantage. Demos are the main source of damage on pushes and most teams will not push without a demo.
3... Your aim is important to improve because you will only have a moment to land 2 or 3 quality shots to kill or get a medic to pop. Also, while jumping around it takes practice to aim..
4... Practice! MGE, dm servers, PUBS. Even pubs will improve your game because there is so much going on that it will imrpove your ability to pay attention. An try to use your game sense in pugs.
