On windows 10 it crashes after about 10-30 minutes of gameplay, so unless you can run through some sections between save points really fast it may be unplayable. Its just a warning and ill remove this post if its ever patched or someone finds a fix for this issue.

Update: Some players have found a fix, Disabling the windows service "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service" stops the windows 10 crashing, with that i change the recommendation from no to yes.

Not the most complex game but, its fun in its simplicity, great game to play on the side while doing other things. Best part is this is actually free free, no microtransactions or free to play stuff. freeware opensource goodness.

Last time we got a 2D metriod game was 2004, BOUT DAMN TIME WE GOT ANOTHER, ONLY BEEN 11 YEARS!

I give this game the same score as my framerate, a 8/10 XP


You know a games doing something right when dispite getting only 8FPS you're still hooked and cant stop trying to play it.


So yes i recommend it, unless you have a GTX 650TI like me, then maybe you should wait till its more optimized.

Update: It runs a LOT better with a 650TI, id say its just barely playable now, getting between 15-30FPS on lower population areas.
