First- I couldnt even start the game and even see a logo saying Just Cause 3, when i have a EVGA GTX 960 SSC and a intel core i5 Right when I press the "PLAY" button it doesnt even show it on my little bar on the bottom of the screen even thought it was supposedly "RUNNING" I mean I can see it in my task manager taking little to no disk space or memory I dont get it.

Second- Why did I waste my money to refund and wait 7 days or more?

This game is so good even if you didnt like the other ones like 1 2 or 3 you can build bases raid them be an ass or be a nice person, own a home or just roam around. Espicially with the mods you can download it makes the game even more better from having new quest or better graphics or just tinkering around with a bunch of mods i definetly reccomend this game
