Such a great game. The base game will keep you busy for a while, and all the DLCs (especially Tiny Tina's!) are great. I still go back and play this from time to time; it still holds up very well.

This is easily my GOTY. I've been playing guitar on and off for over 15 years, and I could have only dreamed to have this when I first started out. Part of the on/off nature of my playing through the years is just getting bored - picking up the guitar, noodling around with the same old riffs, looking up some tabs here and there, but otherwise doing the same old thing each time. With Rocksmith, there's so much to do and with the riff repeater it's so easy to practice those trouble spots that I normally would have just skipped over before. It's got a great song selection and even though I may not necessarily like the style of some of the songs, I still enjoy playing them as they each bring something new and different to the table.
