HERKULLISIA PANNUKAKKUJA
3 munaa
8 dl maitoa
4 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 tl leivinjauhetta
0,5 dl sokeria
1 tl vaniljasokeria
0,5 tl suolaa
0,5 dl sulaa margariinia tai öljyä

Vatkaa kulhossa munien rakenne rikki ja lisää maito joukkoon.
Sekoita kaikki kuivat aineet keskenään sekaisin.
Lisää jauhoseos muna-maidon joukkoon sekoittaen.
Lisää lopuksi sulatettu margariini tai öljy joukkoon, sekoita.
Anna taikinan turvota noin ½ tuntia.
Sekoita ja kaada taikina leivinpaperin päälle syvälle uunipellille ja paista uunissa 200-225°C:ssa noin 20-30 minuuttia.
Tarjoa vähän jäähtyneenä hillon kanssa.
