Hey dude, DO NOT click the link you got sent on steam. My account was hacked. I got the same message from another one of my steam friends and after I did it, it started sending messages out to all of my steam friends then deleted them all so I couldnt warn them. Ive gotten my account back though so plz accept my re-friend request.
