I consider refresher once I've built Atos, one more half item (glimmer, crest, or aether lens), and Shivas. Other items I consider at this point are Octarine Core (for if I'm relying on sun ray a lot), hex (for some hard CC), or Radiance (HIGHLY situational; only if all 3 of those other items don't seem good and the evasion will be useful).
