this game was really fun until my save became unplayable due to lag (i had thousands of items on shelves)

by far one of the best tactical FPS games i've ever played, even in my small playtime, i can see massive potential in this game, far exceeding that of its contemporaries (ground branch, ready or not, escape from tarkov, etc). its not without its faults however, the gameplay feels a bit clunky and unpolished, and the sound design could be marginally better. overall, a 9/10 in my opinion

typical third person shooter game slop, with the "extraction shooter" tag slapped on top to give a shallow game more depth.

i've been playing this game for around 100 hours on and off these past few months, prior to the release on steam, let me start by saying
this game is a great starting point for getting into escape from tarkov and the extraction shooter genre as a whole.

that's where the good ends however. this game has horrible balancing issues, armor means nothing when you can bring tier 6-7 pen ammo into normal mode and completely invalidate any timmy's armor

lockdown and forbidden are overrun by thermal tryhards who will stop at nothing but to invalidate your kit, regardless of how good your armor or guns are

balancing doesn't exist, if you aren't running thermals or a quick kit, you're losing

cooks my ryzen 9700x despite having a triple rad
gameplay is ok for an early access build
graphics is good

Devs do not listen to their community, graphics have been downgraded, censoring their own game
do not buy this game

The bad reviews are not warranted. Enhanced Edition traded text chat for slight graphical enhancements, as well as a massive performance increase, in addition to wildlife being added. If you "cannot migrate your character" it is legitimately a skill issue, as that was the FIRST thing it prompted me with upon booting the game.
