https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8V0EJjyDM44 this is true. a few months before the course i struggled with lifting. and it wasnt the first time i tried it. i did it at any time of day i felt like, usually too late. it was pretty bad, didnt feel good at all, couldnt see any progress, didnt know what to do exactly. but i was more motivated this time and pushed it for a few months and suddenly i started learning about lifting in the morning, cold shower, wim hof breathing, etc etc. adding meditation to that wasnt hard. it also took a month or two to create my perfect 1 hour morning routine. then for a month i would skip a day or two. once it was almost a week of rest. but now i dont skip a day. always up at 5 oclock. yes i sleep well, 8 hours on average. i still usually procrastinate the rest of the time. but now im more confident that the future is bright white.
