Rhythm Doctor has such a simple premise: just press one button on every seventh beat. Then it ramped up. Then my jaw hit the floor.

I've been gaming for a very VERY long time. This game does things that I've literally never seen done before, and I absolutely adore it for that. Some banger tracks, and a great musical performance, too.
