FPS with abilities

This is the WORST Souls game, but it's my second favorite, right behind Demon's Souls.
The reason I like this game so much is that there are TONS of bosses to fight and the crown trilogy worlds are some of the best-designed areas in all of Souls.
And the MAIN reason I play it - THE PVP! It's the best in the whole series.

Kountless hours Karate-choppin.

Randomized quests, loot, NPC's (including their interaction with the world - some get attacked, some are on different floors, some offer unique quests), and enemies, makes this game a classic Roguelike that all fans of the genre will enjoy.

The class customization is insane and lets you make really cool combinations to slay your foes.

Multiplayer (co-op) is also really easy to get going and can hop in and out (with saved progress) in minutes.

Shiznit, son. This game is off the chain.

But fa ril dough, if you like zombies, melee and ranged combat, and RPG elements thrown in, (loot, leveling, skill points, damage numbers) you'll FREAKIN' love this game m8.

You straight up cut zombies heads off and shiznit in this game. Like for real. You can even grab a wooden bat and slam a zombies head into a pulp.

Awesome game.

I get my ass wooped by people who have been playing since electricity was discovered.

Steamworks integration was a godsend. I hated GFWL and I'm glad it is no where near my beloved Dark Souls.

Unfortunately, they have region-locked the game depending on your Steam download region.

This is really lame and I think this should be changed immediately. Also, I've been having connection issues with multiple people that I regularly connected with when the game first transferred out of GFWL.

If the connectivity could be improved for reliability in summoning or invading, I would recommend this game even more.

That being said, the actual game is freaking brilliant.

I've played the Souls games since Demon's Souls and this game was such a delight. I was scared that the game wouldn't have the flair of the original but it succeeded in that regard. The bosses, the enemies, the weapons, spells, and armor. All of it blends together to create a unique atmosphere that makes keeps you on your toes and will woop your behind if you're not careful.

Any RPG fan or someone seeking a medieval hack 'n slash action game will enjoy this title.

Be forewarned however, this game is very difficult and will require time and patience in order to complete and find all extras.

One of the best games of all time.
