This game is amazing, the story is solid, and it's not that long (wish there was more)
You're "cost" to play cards is to draw from your deck and this mechanic is super interesting and fun
for 8 bucks ur getting a solid 5-10 hours of gameplay depending on if you are achievement hunting


I'm struggling to 100% the game, if anyone is achievement hunting please help me come up with strats <3

This and Santicide were the best by far

Parry's feel good, rolls are responsive

The menus are a bit wonky and controller support for the level up screen isn't implemented as of this review.
Game needs a bit of polish here and there but would love to see dinosaur names, UI, & Graphical improvements

Beat the whole game in like 7 runs here's my thoughts

- Simple and fun mechanics
- Greatly rewarded for landing skill checks
- Revive and extra wheel spins trivialize the game so avoid that if you want this game to last much longer
- Start from the very beginning rather than any checkpoints for the first handful of runs, it'll get you a lot of chips to purchase permanent upgrades

Well worth the few bucks for the dopamine
Will play again to test out all the weapons/upgrades i missed out on

Easily over 30+ hours of content with a lot of potential
10/10 game for $10

The best "grind" or "farm" type game available with over 10 years of content
Updates frequently and DE listens to their playerbase

- Always something to do and very easy to help new players or get help as a new player
- Community is small and niche so toxicity is non-existent
- Easily farm the premium currency for FREE
- Builds are diverse and there's a lot of content creators innovating setups if you need assistance
- Completing the pokedex gives a plethora of perks (High Mastery Rank) and having a bigger arsenal makes the game easier and easier as you collect more and more

I take breaks often from this game but, I don't feel penalized at all. You can hop back in and progress at your own rate whenever you want and the new player experience is constantly being improved even to this day

I've been running back and forth between 2 major cities because I forgot a few things playing with a friend. Took us like 4 real world hours to do that. Traveling is grueling, combat scales when you play with 2 people and everything in the game is not meant to be easy at all. This is a hardcore wiki game so make sure you're ready to learn before you even set foot in it, there's a million tips and tricks to barely alleviate some of the artificial difficulty this game provides.

If ♥♥♥♥ and ball torture is your kink this game is for you.
If challenging clunky game play is your reason to live this game is for you.
If you get headaches easily and you cower in the face of difficulty this game is not for you, seriously I think only a very select few would ever dare play this game start to finish so be warned and have an open mind.

I'd play with mods to avoid the terrible mechanics this game has to offer and save a lot of hours to enjoy the story. look up Thunderstore mod manager to get started
