As a person who used to play this game as a pro player a long time ago, getting invited to compete in Thailand as an IGL, what has happened to this game is sad.

Player base is no longer sustainable because of horrible decisions from the dev team. Bots in every lobby, horrible map, dead player base. Used to be my favorite game by a mile, playing every day for hours on end for months, grinding to become the best while making amazing memories along the way. Went downhill as soon as they switched to the original Dione Mountain map, to a generic grass island like every other BR game, along with a variety of over bad decisions over months/years, just putting the game in a worse and worse place.

Unfortunately it looks like it's too late to bring the game back to the glory days and those fun times are now very far in the past as a direct result of the direction of the game and incompetent dev team. Thank you for all the great memories and friends I made through this game, but it's time to move on. In this state, don't even try to play it. Trust me, it's not worth even a second of your time. I want to see this game make a huge comeback, but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. It's too late and while that makes me angry, it really just mainly makes me sad. o7
