Sposób przygotowania:
Jajka w parówkach
Parówki rozciąć, ale nie do końca, ułożyć na rozgrzanej patelni, w kształcie serca. Wybić jajka do parówek, posolić, smażyć na wolnym ogniu, z obydu stron do ścięcia jajek.

Pomidory umyć, osączyć, pokroić w plastry. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę, posypać nią pomidory, oprószyć solą i pieprzem. Podawać parówki z pomidorami.
