Massa

1.Bata no liquidificador os ingredientes líquidos: ovos, óleo, leite quente e achocolatado (ou chocolate em pó).

2.Despeje a mistura em uma tigela, adicione a farinha de trigo e misture suavemente.
Incorpore o fermento em pó e coloque a massa em uma forma untada.

3.Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por cerca de 40 a 45 minutos.

Cobertura de brigadeiro:

1.Misture em uma panela o leite condensado, o creme de leite, o chocolate em pó e a manteiga.

2.Cozinhe em fogo baixo, mexendo sempre, até obter um brigadeiro cremoso.
Montagem:
Desenforme o bolo já frio, espalhe a cobertura de brigadeiro e decore com granulado.
