Man braucht etwas um rein zu kommen, ein paar QOL-Features fehlen noch, ansonsten macht es doch schon relativ viel Spaß.
Was nervig ist, wenn durch Straßenbau die Verfügbare Fläche verändert wird und dadurch Häuser nicht mehr bewohnbar werden.

Update ruined the Game for me.
Before i could buy one Upgrade-Step every 2-3h, now i have to wait an estimated 1-2 Month to be able to Buy the next Step.
At least i never paid for anything.
