Very customizable roguelike, dice focus is a plus as well

A more stylized version of Vampire Survivors, with its own sort of gameplay (ammunition for weapons, aiming, as well as overall upgrades outside of needing a slot for them) and upgrades to that weapon, instead of several weapons that upgrade on their own.

The amount of improvements the creator has made to the game, as well as additions, certainly makes it worth picking up, as it has enough distinct differences from V.S. to consider it a style of its own, with many positives that Vampire Survivors lacks.

In terms of a roguelite, it passes all the marks: good randomization of act minibosses and bosses, improving card/item/reward pool and unlockable events, special events (which this game has a unique twist on), as well as run diversity (and a neat run of the day mode).
In terms of difficulty, other than when someone first picks up the game after hearing NOTHING about it, it wasnt too hard to get my first win (second run, so theres that), as well as it has customizable and enjoyable difficulty additions that have benefits on top of just making the game harder. That being said, those additions pumped the difficulty up a bit (with a small bit of randomness) but it still felt fine as I got more and more used to the game.
The artstyle and feel of the game are excellent as well. The game is charming with its small inside jokes and references as well. Overall, I would reccomend this game to others, and I plan to play this for a long time in the future.

Overall the game is very fun, and a bit addicting if you can get ahead. Would reccomend.

Also, Essence update makes the game very fun if you can get a foothold. Got the special billionaire interaction with a particular essence, and I feel accomplished.

Very fun and interesting gameplay!

There was one person I played against, named Asian_Obama. I lagged into a tesla gate and he said 'Know Your Place' with a quote machine and I felt this game die for me lmao. Good game tho, got Asian Obama'd

The Crown animation during gameplay is too too long for my liking. Otherwise, its a fun time to have with others.

A very useful facet for Nostalgia. Fun for ages 9 - 99*.
