Billy is actually the easiest killer in the game because he can instadown. This means that Billy can end a game in only 12 hits for 12 hooks whereas hard killers (e.g nemesis, deathslinger and doc) have to hit every survivor twice bringing their total to 24. Playing Billy is basically saying that you aren't good enough to end a game normally and need to do it in half the time. The real hardest killer in the game is probably trickster considering he's 110 so he has a hard time m1ing people, each of trickster damage sates are around 6 knives (idk exactly since im not good enough to play him) this brings the total hits required for 12 hooks as trickster is like 144 or something insane like that. The only way that you can really make Billy skillfull to play is to m1lly every down and chainsaw only for mobility but that would just make the chainsaw a crutch since you need it to give you mobility since you cant mind game/close loops fast enough to win with 12 hooks.
