Silent Hill f is a modern masterpiece in the survival horror genre.
This latest iteration brings forward the classic tropes of the series while expertly blending them together with new ideas. This new take on classic survival horror is full of intrigue, incredible visuals and deep, relatable characters which rewards those who dig a little deeper to discover the dark depths of this new town.

Incredible game - highly recommend.

A faithful remaster to a classic - Konami played it safe and re-created the original experience almost 1:1, just with a fresh coat of paint.

Only major complaint is performance: with generally lower FPS than you would like to see and lack of detailed graphics options, the game never runs as well as it probably should. Somebody over at Konami deserves a slap for forgetting to focus on this as a basic expectation of AAA releases.

Otherwise, a solid game I would recommend picking up if you liked the original - as long as you have a decent rig and the money.

Everything about the game is great except for performance, which ruins the experience.
Frame rate capping, lowering GPU settings, performance mods etc does nothing to mitigate the poor frame time spikes.
Cannot recommend it in this state.
