The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is a decent entry for a series built around blending cinematic horror with a choose your own adventure style of gameplay. Right from the opening, you get into a story that constantly blurs the line between what’s real and what isn’t, forcing you to make the best decisions you can with the limited information you’re given and hope you come out alive.

The visuals hold up well especially with the DX12 launcher enabling ray tracing and the environments feel pretty convincing, with only a few areas feeling like a movie set or filler. Character models are generally strong too, though occasional exaggerated facial expressions or reactions can break immersion for a moment, true fear still hard to capture well. The sound design does its job; nothing groundbreaking, but atmospheric enough to keep you uneasy when it counts, which is exactly what a horror title needs.

I’ve always enjoyed this hybrid format. It’s part movie, part book, part game, and that mix makes Man of Medan a great title to sit back with, relax, and simply enjoy the experience as if your watching a horror movie, which I think is what they are going for.

A truly fantastic narrative game that tells the story of a family sticking together against all odds when facing a troubling plague, harsh conflict, and pure horror. The game captures the mood of medieval France exceptionally well, with a dark, oppressive atmosphere layered over it. It isn’t shy about exposing the player to the horrors of plague and war, delivering a grounded, mature story and setting. The characters are excellent, each with their own personality, and they offer a compelling look at different social classes.

The graphics hold up even today, with characters fully expressing emotion and life. The world’s art direction is strong, it is somewhat linear, but still engaging. I did encounter a few graphical draw issues during sudden scene transitions, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

The sound and music are fantastic. The score carries the story beautifully, and the sound effects feel appropriate and immersive for every situation.

I love this series and hope it continues well into the future. It’s one of the best game series I’ve played in a good while, and if you haven’t given it a try, I highly recommend it. If you’re into stealth, strong storytelling, and well crafted plot, you won’t be disappointed. 5/5.

A rogue, no saving during mission level, enemies spawn so no real clearing out a level. Game has basic narrative....that's about it, I cannot recommend this game, I mean I guess if you like run type games you may get something out of it, but it's a shallow game with nothing really there.....I didn't like it and I agree with other reviewers.

Not as great as other titles, the game explores the world of serial killers but ends up being a little flat and basic. The story is ok, with it's environments being claustrophobic and and a bit dull for my taste. Sound design was good, and the game did give me a few cheap jumps. I would say explore some of the other titles in the series if your looking for a more flushed out experience.

A Snowy Adventure awaits you in one of my favorite Tomb Raider games to date. Great graphics and sound, the game pushes you into a snowy wasteland that has you exploring Russian USSR ruins and more secrets later on.

Gameplay is fun and even more so if you choose to play on hardest setting as if gives you a real survivalist feeling. The game let's you stealth or just run and gun your fights with your enemies. Plenty of collectables await for you to find, if your a treasure seeker, plus the game has a good crafting system. it's enjoyable to play the game more than once.

I would say if your into stealth and action games than you should really enjoy this one.

I really enjoyed the game, it's a unique approach to a Witcher game, combing a hybrid of card battle with rpg exploring. You move your character across a very nicely designed world that mixes 3d with a form of art that pleases the eye. Battles are fought with your cards that are representation of characters and your army. You also face puzzle card battles to gain loot or special rewards.

The Story makes sense and fits the witcher world, and the game is long enough to be worth your money. Sound is ok with a decent score, and graphics are well done. You will find yourself engaged in the world and the story. Some people may not like the card battle aspect of it, but once you learn how the game works you are sure to have fun. I fully recommend this game to any rpg fan looking to fill their witcher needs.

This is a great piece of software for older games and titles that don’t natively support borderless windowed mode but you still want the convenience of alt‑tabbing out. I will work for the vast majority of titles and even more so now that the developer has updated the software from it's original release, in most cases it does exactly what you need.

One bonus is that it can run independently of Steam, so you can launch it directly from your PC without having Steam open. This can be done by launching the software from it's install folder. While it was free on GitHub from the original developer, I chose to purchase it to support their work. The Steam version is also extremely convenient and easy to install, and no compiling required.

Overall, it’s a worthwhile tool for the gaming community.
