Played all day on a Sunday. It’s like Remnant meets Palworld meets Days Gone meets every popular survival crafting genre. Pretty fun.

The enemies you kill don’t drop loot but random materials. You can do side quests that’ll lead you to a scenario type areas where you have to kill X amount, loot the mystical crate, find two weapons/armour crates and some weird beacon thing. It’s pretty easy and you’ll get better crafting materials to craft better gear. There are dungeons but they’re instanced, like Remnant is.

Your base starts off small and you just build the necessary facilities that’ll turn your copper ore into bars, stoves to cook, crafting centers etc. Your base is portable so you can always set up in whatever zone you are working/questing in. You can relocate your base for free every 10 min and it can be placed anywhere. The new spot must have the space and isn’t blocking some resource or world object.

You run around the zone by foot or by vehicle and your first starting one is a motorcycle. You can also fast travel for free to your base and fast travel to certain points on the big map like teleportation towers or npc villages. The map is big enough and populated that you’ll see player like base foundations or houses all around you.

You also get things called Deviants that are like pets that help around your base and in combat. Kinda like Palworld.

It's that feeling you get when you're the standard-bearer running behind your Battalion Commander. Glorious.
