相比Fallout 4又更進一步提升，加入多人玩法：C.A.M.P.、玩家小販，以及核爆區、組隊等。
地圖比前代增大4倍，且有更多地方可探索，說是Fallout外傳完全低估這款遊戲。
最近更新的廢土人DLC讓FO76有翻倍的價值，但主線劇情來說有些薄弱，沒有主要目標的感覺。
輸入法問題還是未解決：切換到非英文輸入法會造成遊戲黑頻。
