One of the greatest games I’ve ever played. The storytelling and graphics are out of this world. The gameplay, while still building on the first one, comes with a lot of improvements that make the whole experience smooth and satisfying.

I had the privilege of playing this at 4K on max settings, and it genuinely sets a new standard for modern graphics.
I didn’t experience a single bug or crash in ~100 hours of playtime, which is rare and honestly impressive.

This is my personal GOTY 2025. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves story-rich games but playing the first one is a must to fully appreciate it.

If you enjoy RPGs, you’ll love this game. My only real complaint is that a few quests feel a bit like a chore, but given how long the game is, that’s to be expected. Henry is a fantastic protagonist, brought to life by an excellent voice actor. Tom McKay not even receiving a nomination for best performance is a real shame.

Did not think it could top Hades 1, I was wrong. 10/10
