Last game that had similar effect of being hooked was cyberpunk 2077. Even ignoring all technical issues this game is more than great.
There were also lots of rants that it requires 4090 to run smooth etc. But for me I never have had any issues so far. I have 3060 and it runs pretty good in 1440p resolution.

Graphics is ok, enjoyment is meh. Acting was way better in original mafia. Most of the characters looked boring and "dead".
