started a new run recently, had black forest quite close to spawn, hugged the edge, big mistake, mr bear appears and ends me, went back as i was salty i died, died again, quit, 10/10 would get mauled again

only played for a short time, joined a vietnamese server, joined the vietnamese side, killed american hiding in bush with rpg, they said they would f my mom.

the player base is either old men running around as women in underwear, 12 year olds trying to look like gangsters or russian hackers totally destroying the servers.

also this game used to be on Playstation and xbox.

ever wanted to play age of sim city? this is it, fully auto your economy and military production, just make new buildings when you need them, 11/10 would play wannabe sim city again

basically mount and blade if it was space ships, only downside is that because the game is all singleplayer, the AI calculations are screwed in the computers favour, for example, it gets free fleets in systems at game start that defend it as well as entire fleets of ships when the AI faction performs an invasion or at random points in the game for no cost, has no limits on its fleets and any combat between your faction and an AI faction that does not include you have major disadvantages for your faction, even when fleets that are supposedly similar ships wise, go against each other its likely the AI faction wins.

what is supposed to offset that are warlords, collectable named AI ships in the game you can rebuild in your capital system when they die, they also get better ships as they level up and dont count towards your capital ship limit, not much help when the AI can field dozens of capitals if it so desires for no cost and can get more for free, you will be on the backfoot for most of your play through just trying to amass enough ships to do anything meaningful while the AI sends wave after wave at you to reclaim what it has lost, dont even get me started on planet conquest, apparently that can only be done by having a doomsday weapon, like, has no one heard of transport ships or drop pods? i mean that sounds significantly cheaper than a doomsday weapon,

do i recommend? yes, its good and you will enjoy it until the mid game grind starts when you have a decent ship but it and your AI fleet are still to weak to fight anything so you slog levels and grind missions like no ones business, then end game is more of a waiting game while defending your territory for resources to come in to replace capitals that you WILL lose every engagement unless you play on easy mode.

this game in a nutshell

- abuse roofs because the infected cant climb even though they can make huge ass towers out of their own bodies.
-avoid the boss, she will ruin you in seconds.
-rearming your troops is pointless just make more when they inevitably get infected
-people are money, farm them
-your land is now our land, make many forward bases to control more income
- long range weapons always beat short range ones since roofs and helicopters are going to be what you will use most if not all the time - people saying you need to collect dna, yeah, i also need to be a respectable human being, does not mean im going to.
-the fat juggernauts can throw a boulder the size of your mom at your men on roofs and helicopters, make sure you micro
-ignore saving everyone, their going to die anyway, go for kills, especially civilian kills, theres no infection if theres no one left to infect :)
-the underground worms can go underwater to reach other land, apparently loud noise stops them, why cant i just put speakers over the edges of the islands and blast fortunate son to stop them? why do i need to use a specific defence?
-is there actually an objective? i mean warcrimes are a viable option, there must be a goal lol.

climb into blackhawk, look at the other roblox characters that look like their too high to understand whats going on, get hit in the tail rotor, recreate black hawk down.

Getting camped by maxed level russians never felt so good, you either play no pvp which is majorly boring as its just a bunch of russian people arguing in towns, you need to question if they are bots or not, and pvp enabled is just maxed level russians camping all the areas people go to farm.

10/10 i enjoy the pain

note too all: most good resource nodes are now in loot enabled zones making farming and crafting even more of a chore than it already was, this is the process you will go through:

1. go to loot zone and farm
2. get killed by a fully geared player who waits for you to finish farming
3.he takes your materials
4. you come back to fight him and die again
5.he takes your gear, you rage
6. you come back 2 months later hoping things change, they have not, you leave again

10/10 will rage again
