The conclusion of the second act is probably the best conclusion I've seen to any act of any game ever.

It genuinely blows my mind that this game exists. So far, every solar system I've visited has been rich with unique flavour separating it from the last. There's so many random rare events to encounter throughout space and each world that will define your adventure but also make you realise that each player has had their own unique journey like no other.

One of the most impressive aspects of this game that sets it apart from other survival games and MMOs is that there are a plethora of different ways to play the game and all of them feel extremely efficient, so there is no pressure to play a select way.

I seriously doubted I would enjoy this game, as I've never played anything like it, and the top-down view is easily my least favourite POV for video games. This game had me swallowing my words within about two hours of gameplay. It has some of the greatest characters and storylines of any game I've ever played, yet each time I play, the story unfolds completely differently. I was particularly surprised by how much freedom the game offers you in the ability to make your own choices. My first playthrough was a "chaotic evil" one, and yet I did not expect it to be nearly as chaotic as it turned out. They truly let you kill just about anybody.

I am only early into the DLC, yet I feel the need to finally post a review for this game since it somehow managed to exceed my expectations. The team behind this game pooled together the fan favourite features of various Souls games, and then brought their own innovative gameplay elements, that all in all cement it as the best rival to FromSoft I have ever seen. This game stacks up so well, I'd argue that the only FromSoft game I enjoyed significantly more than it is Elden Ring.

I feel like a total fool for not trying this game sooner. Even with the hype phase having left, this game is spectacular fun, and I easily see myself getting hundreds of hours on it pretty quickly.

The majority of the negative reviews can be chalked up to a skill issue. The point of this genre is to challenge yourself, and yet people are reviewing the DLC negatively because it has upped the difficulty despite there being spirit ashes and NPC summons for those who suck. I had a blast because I'm willing to challenge myself.

Early Access Review
Easily one of the most fun multiplayer horror games I've ever played and already had some of the best fun I've had gaming with friends. This game has immense potential despite it's simplicity.

A solid remaster of an iconic, classic Horror game that polishes and modernises certain elements of the game while remaining respectful and faithful to the original. It obviously feels dated compared to modern horror games but I still highly recommend. Play with loud volume as it contains some of the creepiest and most disturbing ambience I've seen in gaming.

Absolute meme game with ridiculous balance and design but that's what makes it fun. Basically the Breach Garry's Mod gamemode as a fully-fleshed game, big recommend but I will warn you that if you've never played Breach before this game will be very difficult and overwhelming at first, there is a learning curve, but it's not too difficult of a game.

I completed the game's story in about 30 hours playtime, baring in mind I fought any optional bosses I encountered and went out of my way to complete most puzzles and search most areas for cosmetics. I have continued to play in order to finish all the bounties and kill more optional bosses but honestly I feel done with it now and not interested in anything else.

TL;DR - Ignoring the performance issues, I rate the game 9/10, if you enjoyed Jedi Fallen Order you will love this game as it's essentially just a better version of it except I would argue Fallen Order's story was more consistent.

Positives/Negatives:
+ The final act of the game's story is one of the best final acts of any game I've played.
+ Lightsaber stances feel very diverse and enjoyable.
+ Customisation has a lot of depth and very enjoyable.
+ Very interesting antagonists.
+ Beautiful planets and amazing graphics, shame it can't run those graphics yet.
+ Some of the best movement in gaming, big improvement over the last game which already had great movement.
+ Dark and gritty Star Wars is my favourite.

- Performance issues are awful, I have a high-end PC but have to run the game on medium graphics and still average 50 fps.
- Combat does not feel as fluid as souls games despite trying to emulate it though not as bad as ppl claim.
- Difficulty was a little too easy, Jedi Master (hard) felt very easy besides 2-3 bosses towards the end.
- Planets don't feel very alive and settings are a little repetitive, too much open space.
- Got bored at a few points of the story towards the middle which I never experienced with Fallen Order.

I highly recommend this game though not until the optimisation is fixed, it will be a fantastic game once that is finished.
