i got it on sale, but, if i had know how much fun i would have had i would have bought it at full price when it came out. the telling of the sorry was incredible, the talent the writers showed in the abulity to tell a multi-perspective story from tangent characters to the voiceless player character and make you care about them was masterfull. recommended at full price. (at discount, foolish to pass up).

This game scratches just the right (Lets be adventurers) itch. I'm playing on a 5 year old gaming laptop, and am able to run the game on low setting just fine. no crashes, only very rare frame rate drops and not significant enough to matter. Should the game be better optimized? Of course. but CAPCOM has been good about fixing optimization in past games so im sure that wont last. Is the fact that there is MTX kinda scummy? Sure. but it does not feel like the inclusion effected the rest of the game, never have i felt like something was intentionally difficult to obtain in order to encourage purchases. The one real criticism i have is the enemy variety, and not even the dig enemies. at 45 Hours + its the small enemies that are frustrating. goblins, saurians, wolves, harpies, and bandits. not a bad list, but when you get to the second major zone in the game its just the enemies with a slight re-skin. you do get skeletons, ghosts and zombies at night, but it does little to break up the pattern. I truly hope that the upcoming DLC adds to the enemies list and not just the big ones. Even with the negatives. the high-points shine. combat feels great. your party feels powerful. the world is very immersive. over all i give the game a 9/10.
