It's honestly a big departure from the original skate games which makes it a pretty sizeable disappointment. The music in the game is pretty mediocre and the tutorial, or at least what seems to be the tutorial is like 2 hours long, its crazy. I think the main issue is really the artstyle, it's so different from the gritty "realistic" look of the original skate games and it feels way more cartoony than the last entry Skate 3. I don't really care about the micro-transactions since they're just cosmetics and it doesn't really affect any of the gameplay. Gameplay wise I really miss the annoying the NPC's and getting chased by the police, the lack of Hall of Meat (which I know was sponsored but just rename it and make something similar), and the actually having to find skate-able places across a realistic city, having a fully skate-able city makes it feel unrealistic and just kind of lame honestly.

One of the most fun games I've played honestly, I know its 1v1 but it'd be better if you had the option to play with more people

A trillion times better than Overwatch, one of the best, if not THE best hero shooter in the market.

Spent the first 20 minutes making a stupid Sony account for a Single-player game, go ♥♥♥♥ yourself Sony.

After almost finishing the story the game asked me if I wanted to change my review, to which my reply is no I don't, ♥♥♥♥ you Sony for forcing people to make accounts for no good reason.

I will say the game is still definitely one of the best games I've ever played

If the game is on sale then definitely get it, it's a NFS game, the OST is kind of lacking compared to previous titles but it's fine. The racing works like NFS so I can't complain. My only issue is I have to launch the game 10 different ways before it actually works.

Personally I played with my friends after the patch and the game runs fine for all of us now, personally I think the DLC was worth the $10. DLC broke my mods and I have to run the game in safe mode now though, but eh.

This game used to be the best tactical shooter on Steam, the game depicted realistic situations and didn't pull back any punches. Now the developers have decided to censor the PC version in an effort to appease the console community. This completely defeats the purpose of the game and the situations it represents. Until the developers return to form with the realistic scenarios without pulling back any punches I can't give this game the positive review it deserves.

Game went completely to hell after the release of this glorified "2.0" version. Game has basically become a complete cash-grab lacking the original dev team and having completely strayed away from the original vision for this game. Devs also don't respect their community or listen. JUST LET ME PLAY COMPETITIVE LUCIOBALL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Not usually a fan of roguelikes, but this game is somehow one of my favorites.
