The absolute best video game to play on LSD. Allegedly. I wouldn't know haha hello officer.

This game is very well written and has very nice graphics. The gameplay is very simple and monotonous but I guess you just have to experience it as a short visual novel. The character creation tool is surprisingly complete for such a short indie game. The music is nice too.

Difficulty is pretty chaotic but overall it's a great experience with friends. I'm glad it's still evolving. As something that really could be fixed because it's not that hard in this day and age: the spatialization of other people's audio, it's crazy how primitive it is right now, having audio ONLY to your left when someone is at your left is bonkers and hurts my brain (same thing goes for the distance effect and reverb, it's really wacky).

This game is a wonder. So many things done right at the same time, from the visual art to the puzzles, the sense of discovery and wonder, the exquisite soundtrack. For people who've loved both Outer Wilds and Slay the Spire, you shouldn't hesitate one single second.

After playing some more, I'd add that some puzzles have solutions that seem seriously arbitrary and unfun to me, but that's a small minority (as far as I know).

Laborious in a very unfun way, especially when you're playing with just another player (don't even want to think about playing alone...)

My favorite deduction game so far. This game does so much so well, it packs a lot of "OH" moments that make you feel like you're actually capable of piecing things together. I've played this in co-op in front of a single screen, it's actually really fun to share your reasoning with someone else.

Make up a whole world in my head during work hours? I wouldn't even dream of it!

I wanted to like it because I'm much into deduction games, the art is cute and I love ducks as much as anyone, but it really didn't click with me. I played with a partner, we had a few laughs, but mostly we didn't feel like we were investigating anything remotely rational, which means we ended up doing a lot of guesswork, and it worked, and then when the game validated our guesses, we didn't have any more clues as to why/how that was the correct guess. In the beginning you're just like "ah well it'll make sense soon" and by the end of the game you're either putting in the very obvious bits of information you gather or you do guesswork for the rest and it just feels random. I get the fact that the game wants to be humorous, and it does that a few times, but it seems like in this case it hinders the gameplay of actual puzzle deduction. For a spoiler, I'm not the only person here mentioning the kidnapping of Sophie and her current location being information that is just guessed out of thin air.

In case you'd rather play something more serious about deduction, I would recommend Golden Idol instead.

Really fun game, I could only wish for more songs and/or a Steam workshop integration? I've tried manually modding and successfully added songs that way, but it would feel much better to be able to do that from the Steam interface, with the ability for people to rate user generated content. I have no knowledge of the ease of integration of these features however so maybe there's a good reason why it wasn't done in the first place.
