Good: Starter weapons are good enough.
Bad: Ping is a bit too high (80+), some of the players feel like bots.
Ugly: Anticheat is stupid, sometimes it refuses to run, sometimes not.

update: more about the game, not just addressing a technical issue.

The screen play is wonderful, and the story behind the game, amazing! The idea time manipulation has never seize to amaze me, I enjoyed the show and wished it could be longer, but the game-play itself is quite interesting too. There's a lot of puzzle solving, like escaping from a room or a construction site, then you can start shooting. Even the shooting part is quite challenging since you'll have to use your super powers to create a shield to protect yourself or freeze an enemy. So it's quite good.

But the controlling is also very challenging as is shouldn't be and the frame-rate is a little bit weird, I mean i got 60 fps all the time, but it doesn't look like, when you walk, or rotate the camera, there's kinda pause in it, very subtle and hard to catch, but it's there, you can feel it. And about the controlling? There was a scene where you need to jump from a lift to a nearby platform, that part really kills me. I spent almost a hour on not to slip and drop from the lift when I try to start jumping, like there was some grease on it. Other than this, there's nothing need to complain about.

Not Recommended Until Massive Update

The complexity of this game is like an amoeba, but I wanted a whole universe.

The first hour of the game is fantastic, beautiful/resourceful planets, space dogfight, economics system (although very primitive), and most importantly, a control system like FPS, great for sight-seeing. But sooner, you'll be bored by the lack of backstory and online mode. Talking to aliens like Draenei is not fun, we need real person!

unlike other sandbox games like Minecraft, the world is relatively small, you can actually make up your own story within that space, but I can't imagine how am supposed to create an empires and alien cultures in galaxy-wide space. I quit the game after playing around with resource gathering, ship modding, exploring, and fighting sentinel bots. I realized that without the internet or a storyline, this is game won't be fun at all.

What exactly do I expect after playing:

  • Option to Inverse Y Yoke
  • Internet Gameplay, or at least
  • Lan Party
  • Face/body modding
  • "Scripting" support like red stones in Minecraft
  • "Scripting" like real scripting, think about automated trading
  • Space station modding
  • Factions
  • self-hosted server if all possible?

To other aspects,

  • Please DON'T let plutonium grow out everywhere on a planet like mushrooms, it simply doesn't make sense!
  • I'm getting a new GPU, so I won't complain about the drop in fps.
  • I want to build large architects like a space elevator or USS Voyage, I want to build different kinds of space highways/portals and charge people for a fee to use it.
  • I want to build my own empire and have my people worship me, or maybe start coup when I tax them too much, it's fun!

... and much more I expect from this game, it has great potential to be a culture or a cult.
