Once your load (or somebody else’s load I suppose) hits your tongue, you push it into every nook and cranny in your mouth. Really get it in there. Between teeth, on the gum line, a thin layer on the front and back of your teeth, everywhere. Then you let it dry (with your best open mouth smile, no doubt), trapping all the food bits and bacteria in the coagulated ♥♥♥ goo. After a couple minutes, you can peel it off and you’re done! And here’s the best part: you can swallow your homemade dental hygiene strips. Good for you and good for the environment!
