To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand gay immigrant Muslim furry romance. The romance is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of Muslim culture most gayness will go over the readers’s head. There's also the books' nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into the characterisation - the personal philosophy draws heavily from furry smut, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depth of the romance, to realize that it’s not just gay- it says something deep about RELATIONSHIPS. As a consequence people who dislike gay immigrant Muslim furry romance truly ARE idiots.
