There is no game quite like Kenshi. It's like The Sims, if instead of having to worry about your sim not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ themselves and starving to death, you were instead not worried about being beat to death by a pair of hungry bandits right outside the city gates. This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brutal man. Progression is a pain. But the more you learn about the way the world works, about the harsh setting this game takes place in, about how to survive, your characters will get stronger, you'll get richer, and you'll be able to form a faction of your own, a place to call your own.

This game is difficult, and slow-paced. But Kenshi holds a special place in my heart - no game in recent memory has glued my face to the screen and captured my undivided attention in the past few months like Kenshi has. And you owe yourself a favor - if you're on the fence, try this game.
