Absolutely in love with everything about this game! I disagree with the comparison with another very popular game, nothing about this game is giving that it's another copy of Stardew Valley- farming is simply another function of the game that you can absolutely ignore, you'll just have an easier time if you DID farm for your own ingredients. You don't even sell your crops here, you cook them into something else and can watch your customers consume it! It's very rewarding.

My only complaint is that it's very grind-y, I spend my day just farming for every kind of resources out there
otherwise I'll feel like I'll fall behind. Everything feels expensive in the game- even if I sell exclusively grand reserves and fancy dishes, I still end up with not a lot of gold for fun spending, or not enough resources to pretty up my tavern without worrying about profitability. Perhaps it's the minmaxer in me.

I hope the final release of this game brings a lot more life to it! I would LOVE to explore the new areas and meet our neighbors! I fantasize about a newsletter bulletin a lot for festivals or an ingredient that's cheaper than normal on certain days/seasons/months.
