Not a traditional open world survival/builder game, but I do like the variability in combat. I'd say it's League of Legends Valheim.

Love the architectural depth and the size of the worlds. With graphical improvements in the future this will last a long time.

Beautiful game and very fun boss mechanics. UI is simple, and quest lines are fairly linear so you don't get lost easy.
