For to assure we will get a admin for a safe transaction and this is my only way not to get scammed again

Type offers clearly in steam chat, don't invite me to trades just to display your offer (using steam chat window). Note that sending inventory trade offers are fine, using the "Offer a trade..."

I don't give free items/games/cards/etc.
If I reject your offer, try not to be rude. (I don't normally take offers (items) unless really good)
Be patient. I sometimes trade with more than 1 person at the same time.
