I loved this game, though it's not without its flaws.

The retelling of an Iñupiaq tale with its blend of interactive puzzle solving and platforming, stylized art, and native-language narration is enthralling. I relished the opportunity to brush up against the culture, and the unlockable information videos are a wonderful supplement.

Unfortunately, this beautiful and intriguing game is marred by somewhat clumsy controls, which can become frustrating in moments when timing and precision are important. Still, these frustrations don't ruin the experience and I hope that everyone with even a remote interest in Iñupiaq culture will pick this up and play through it.
