If your pee (urine) looks sticky and white, it usually means something in the urine is making it cloudy or thicker than normal. A few common causes:

Cloudy or milky urine + burning, urgency, or smell = could be a UTI.

4. Sexually transmitted infection
Chlamydia or gonorrhea can cause white discharge that mixes with urine, especially in people with penises.

5. Kidney or bladder issues
Kidney stones or protein in urine can cause cloudiness.

Seek care if you have:

Pain or burning when peeing

Fever

Strong odor

Ongoing white/sticky urine for more than 24–48 hours

Recent unprotected sexual contact

A simple urine test can usually identify the cause.
