it's pretty fun with friends

I really wish I could give it a neutral rating but as it this is one of the rare games I kinda like but dropped and can't bother to finish.

Your party member's AI is one of the worst I have ever seen and the bosses HP is so inflated it makes every bigger fight a slog unless you want to micromanage every fight and even then your party members won't do anything against bosses because they can get wiped instantly... it's just a slog and unenjoyable.

Visually the game looks good and the world is awesome. Story is okay-ish and but it's heavy on the cutscenes and dialogue so your mileage may vary. Oh and the enemy variety is kinda lacking.

I love sliding around a corner and deleting the enemy in 200ms before he can even react with my laser accurate MP5 as a black woman soldier and running past my dead squadmates because reviving them is useless

Two weeks after releasing a 70€ game there are season passes for 10€ and 25€ pass. Maps are bad and the newest map might be the worst one.

BM Wukong is awesome. The combat feels satisfying, the bosses are intense but nowhere near as hard as many claim and the world looks incredible. It’s challenging in a fun way but not too much so it's not frustrating.

Combat is great, the visuals are good, story is okay but let's be honest the real protagonist is EVE's ass. Her ass is so well modeled it deserves a review of it's own.

As of 01.12. the game is still Early Access but don't let that fool you there is more content in Hades II than some 60-70€ AAA "games" and its an absolute blast to play. The visuals and art style are beautiful and the voice acting is superb. The progression system will have you doing a lot of things and is well balanced, there's plenty of weapons, upgrades, boons, etc. to change up your runs. If you enjoyed the first game, Hades 2 is an easy recommendation - if you haven't played the original, this is a perfect start.
Absolutely recommend!

Simple mechanics, action, good mix of chaos and strategy, tons of progression, upgrades and weapon evolutions make it incredibly addictive. The pixel art style is charming and the soundtrack is well done and fits in the game. It's great to sit down for a quick session or play a couple of stages for a few hours.

If you want to add a lot more to the game the DLCs are cheap, add plenty of variety and are great odes to other games.

Space Marine 2 is Warhammer 40k at it's best. The campaign is a bit short but it's a blast to play either alone or co-op. Operations mode expand upon the missions and PvP mode, altough probably not for everyone, is simplistic in a good way. The developers said they wanted nothing groundbreaking just to make a fun game and they succeeded.
