CK2, but even better. NIcer interface, better tooltips. You might actually have a chance to know what your decisions will encompass. Also, f**k my half-sister for trying to kill me, while she is out of my diplomatic reach, so I can't retaliate.

Best of the 'hacker'-genre games I've tried. Do yourself a favor and install the UplinkOS-mod, which greatly enhances the UI.
